Tall City Exteriors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a fence contractor based in Midland, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request an estimate, call or text us, or hire us for a job, and what we do with it. It also covers information we receive through the tools we use to run the business, such as our website host, scheduling, invoicing and payment providers.

Information You Give Us

Contact details. Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the work will be done, when you request an estimate, fill out a form, call, text or email us.
Project details. What you tell us about your fence or property: the type of fence, measurements, gate locations, photos you send, access instructions, HOA requirements and anything else needed to quote and complete the job.
Payment and billing information. Billing address and payment method details. Card and bank information is handled by our payment processor; we keep only what is needed for our records, such as the amount, date and last four digits.
Feedback. Reviews, testimonials, referrals and other comments you choose to share.

Website usage. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you arrived at the site and similar technical data.

Job-site information. Photos and measurements our crew takes at your property to plan, document and complete the work.
Third-party platforms. Information from services we use, such as our website host, lead and review platforms, scheduling tools and payment processors, under their own policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

Prepare estimates, schedule visits and build, repair, stain or paint what you hired us for.
Call, text or email you about your estimate, your job, scheduling, billing and any warranty matters.
Send occasional seasonal reminders, such as when a fence is due for a recoat, if you asked us to. You can opt out at any time.
Keep records of completed work, any warranties and payments.
Improve our website and how we run the business.
Comply with the law, protect our rights and property, and prevent fraud.
Keep records of your consent for marketing and text messaging.

Text messaging. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Photos of our work. We may photograph finished fences and use those photos on our website, social media and advertising. We do not include your name, house number, street name or anything that identifies your property without asking you first.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as website hosting and analytics, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, email and text delivery, and materials suppliers for deliveries to your property. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
Business changes. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.
With your permission. For any other purpose you agree to.

Cookies, Analytics and Chat

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. You can set your browser to block cookies or warn you before they are set. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and PostHog (PostHog Inc., hosted in the United States) measure page views and page performance on this website. Neither records your screen, keystrokes or mouse movements: session recording, surveys, heatmaps and click capture are switched off. Each stores a cookie or local-storage identifier in your browser for up to one year.

The chat assistant is provided by Keystone, our website platform. Messages you type into it are sent to Keystone to generate replies and to pass your request on to us; please don’t share more than your question needs.

Visitors are measured unless they opt out or their browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor automatically. You can review or change your choice at any time through , also linked in the footer of every page.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above. Job records, warranties, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as any warranty applies and as long as tax and accounting rules require, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Opt out of promotional emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, or of texts by replying STOP. To make any other request, contact us at alex@tallcityexteriors.com. We may need to keep certain records to complete a job, honor any warranty or meet legal requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
